Fun with technology!

Well, the syllabus said we could use our blogs to vent about the course so...

One of the lessons of this course seems to be that technology is wonderful...if and when it works. Between the lack of a Koha ID that I should've received by now (though it may be in a junk email folder, except that I don't have one on my Pitt account), to the delays in getting the EndNote ID, to the mysterious missing EndNote extension/plug-in...and now I'm having to reconcile a printed copy of the syllabus with the changes...it hasn't been a very happy evening.

Check the Message Center on my.pitt.edu. It's where they filter potential spam. That's where I found my Koha info.

HI Quinn - nice blog. I don't have a Koha ID either and my message center is clean. Debbie said we should email Rick Hoover to set us up with accounts, but I don't have Rick's email. He is in my class that meets this Fri. nite, and I may see him before that in the IS labs, so please email me your gmail account and when I ask him to make me a KOHA ID I'll get one for you as well...Gail Stebbins thatfigures@gamil.com

Seriously. At least Tomer's patient about it all though.

I emailed Rick directly and got my Koha account, so that's one technology problem solved. Thanks for the help everyone.
